Hudson Boulevard Park (Phase I) opened officially on September 13, 2015. It is located between West 33rd and West 36th Streets, mid-block between 10th and 11th Avenues, see park design image to the right. The park is a neighborhood green space for all to enjoy, as well as the setting for the new #7 subway station - with entrances in Blocks 1 (between 33rd & 34th St.) & Block 2 (between 34th & 35th St.).

The mid-block park provides much needed open space for area residents, workers, and visitors. This park offers a variety of activity areas including grassy areas for picnicking or tossing a frisbee, walking paths that meander through the landscape, shady nooks for reading and relaxing, fountains to sit near, play areas for children, and a concession kiosk for refreshments.

In Phase II the park will extend from West 36th to West 39th Street.
